About the Film "Connected"
Pam is in a frantic hurry, texting and emailing her husband and children as she prepares a large birthday party for her mother known as Baba. Obsessing on the fine details she keeps the party of friends and well-wishers on track. Then the private family dinner begins...
There is much anticipation as Pam’s sister Susan is bringing her new girlfriend. Additionally, her gregarious brother Douglas drops in unexpectedly to join his “not-wife” and two daughters. Frictions mount surrounding the surprise and disappointment in Pam’s daughter Ana announcing via web-phone from Afghanistan that she’s pregnant... or was.
Soon the entire extended family is wrapped up in arguments about the inadequacies of each other’s personal lives. In the ensuing shouting and arguing a mysterious stranger arrives that jars the family’s focus off themselves.
The family starts the process of reconnecting to their spouses, children and siblings. Each character is flawed but genuine in their mutual bonds of love. Connected shows the conflict and harmony that come about from a diverse group of people expressing love in their own personal ways.

About the Producers
Amy Walker - Actress, Writer, Singer/Songwriter, Director, Artist
Amy is an artist of many mediums.
An actress/singer/songwriter since the highchair, she's played key roles in more than 30 theatrical shows and films in both global hemispheres, honing her linguistic skills with over 21 accents at the ready.
As a writer, Amy has created short stories, screenplays, and many memorable characters for both incarnations of her one-woman show, "Amy Walker: Inside Out". With her new film, "Connected", Walker joyously utilizes all of these avenues for creative expression.
She is insatiably interested in the unique juice that fuels the human spirit, and dedicates her life to awakening the full potential within herself and others.

Sander Kallshian - Producer/Business Manager
Sander is always looking for ways to combine his passion for change with his business sense. Joining with Amy and Marilee to create the SoulFire Project was the next logical step, and the reaction that ensued has been nuclear. (noo-klee-er)
Sander dreams of opening his own Language School, and has been working tirelessly toward this goal ever since he traveled for the first time to Costa Rica in the year 2000. He believes that languages are the key to opening millions of doors of opportunity. This will be his SoulFire Project.

Marilee was a "closet artist" for years as she worked her way through school, never sure how her creative ambition fit in her life; until the fateful day her dear friend Amy gave her vision. Through her work with SoulFire, Marilee's creative side and her business side are harmoniously blended into a delicious smoothie of efficiency resulting in the creation of art that matters.
